使用 Cross-Cloud Interconnect 時，Google 會代表您在 Google Cloud 網路和 Amazon Web Services (AWS) 網路之間佈建實體連線。

Google 必須先向 Google 和 AWS 訂購連接埠，才能建立這些連線。為該程序做準備時，請找出要用於連線的 Google Cloud 位置 Google Cloud 和對應的 AWS 位置。

選取位置的最佳做法

決定連線的放置位置時，請考量下列問題：

大部分 Google Cloud 資源位於何處？
大部分的 AWS 資源位於何處？

如果兩個雲端的資源位於相同位置，選擇就非常簡單。不過，如果不是，請考慮您希望連線靠近Google Cloud 資源還是 AWS 資源。如果連線更靠近 AWS 資源，流量就會有更多時間在 Google 網路上傳輸，這通常是理想情況。不過，您也應考量可能從這兩個雲端服務產生的資料轉出費用。

受位置影響的因素

本節說明位置資訊選擇會影響的因素。

VLAN 連結

建立 Cross-Cloud Interconnect 連線後，您必須在 Google Cloud中設定 VLAN 連結。VLAN 連結是介於遠端雲端網路與虛擬私有雲網路中單一區域之間的邏輯連線。

選擇連接埠位置時，您會限制可放置 VLAN 連結的區域數量。因此，支援地區表格會包含一個資料欄，列出每個港口位置服務的Google Cloud 區域。

邊緣可用性網域

每個都會區都有兩個 Google Cloud 邊緣可用性網域。同一個都會區中的兩個網域不會同時停機進行維護。因此，為主要和備援通訊埠選取位置時，每個通訊埠都必須使用相同都會區內的不同邊緣可用性網域。無論如何排序連接埠，這項規則都適用。不過，使用 Google Cloud CLI 時，您必須明確指定每個邊緣可用性網域。使用 Google Cloud 控制台時，只要選取位置， Google Cloud 就會在每個網域中為您保留一個連接埠。

在 gcloud CLI 版本的地點名稱中，邊緣可用性網域是第二項資訊。舉例來說，如果位置名稱為 iad-zone1-1，則邊緣可用性網域為 zone1。如果位置名稱為 iad-zone2-1，邊緣可用區為 zone2。

主機代管機房

Google 通常會在單一主機代管機房內佈建每個連線。不過，有時會建立相鄰設施之間的連線，而這些設施是由同一供應商營運。無論是哪一種情況，一般來說你都不需要知道設施名稱。因此，支援的地點表格不會識別特定設施。

支援的地區清單

下表列出支援的 AWS 位置和對應的Google Cloud 位置。

您必須指定 Cross-Cloud Interconnect 連接埠的 Google Cloud 位置，並在其他雲端服務供應商中指定要連接的位置。在本文件集和 Google Cloud中，後者這個 AWS 位置稱為「遠端位置」。訂購 Cross-Cloud Interconnect 時，請務必使用遠端位置名稱。遠端雲端供應商為該位置提供不同的名稱 (但類似)，您向該雲端供應商訂購通訊埠時會使用這個名稱。

每個地點名稱都有一些語法變化。例如：

確認適用情形

找出要使用的位置後，請仔細檢查該位置是否具有您預期容量的可用 Direct Connect 連接埠。這項步驟很有幫助，因為連接埠的可用性如有變更，恕不另行通知。

如果您在 AWS 控制台中作業，可以在訂購連線時確認可用性。如要預先確認可用性，請使用 AWS CLI。

使用 describe-locations 指令，取得 AWS 位置中可用連線的相關資訊。例如：
