Add a case alert tag.

Where {endpoint} is one of the supported service endpoints.

Required. The resource name of the CaseAlert to add a tag to. Format: projects/{project}/locations/{location}/instances/{instance}/cases/{case}/caseAlerts/{caseAlert}

Requires one of the following OAuth scopes:
