EntityType(value)

The type of entities we will support. Currently, we only support people, establishment, property, and product types. If the type is unspecified, it will be generic type.

PEOPLE People entity.
ESTABLISHMENT Establishment entity.
PROPERTY Property entity. e.g. real estate property.
