Different values possible for the state of an accelerator
Constants
STATE_UNSPECIFIED
value: 0 Default value, do not use
ENABLED
value: 1 Indicates that the accelerator is enabled and available to use
DISABLED
value: 2 Indicates that the accelerator is disabled and not available to use
UNKNOWN
value: 3 Indicates that accelerator state is currently unknown.
Requests for enable, disable could be retried while in this state
