PLUGGABLE_DATABASE_LIFECYCLE_STATE_UNSPECIFIED
value: 0 The lifecycle state is unspecified.
PROVISIONING
value: 1 The pluggable database is provisioning.
AVAILABLE
value: 2 The pluggable database is available.
TERMINATING
value: 3 The pluggable database is terminating.
TERMINATED
